Householder Application:
Ashford
The client's brief was to redesign the internal layout to align with the couple's sketch and additionally, modify the external fenestration to create a central side entrance to the bungalow. This adjustment improved the interior flow, enabling an open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area. The transformation turned a cramped, outdated bungalow into a spacious, studio-style apartment ideal for the young couple. We began by preparing a comprehensive set of existing and proposed drawings for a householder application. This process also involved conducting a full measured survey, carried out by Bradley Skitt Architecture. The application was then submitted to the local council for approval.
