No Fee, Initial Consultation
During our initial consultation, we schedule an onsite meeting before commencing any work to understand your project's scope, design, and goals. We prioritise transparency by openly addressing any design challenges to ensure a peace of mind.

Design Stage
Upon understanding of your design requirements for the project and a full brief, we will provide a fee proposal.
Upon acceptance, a measured survey will be conducted by either Bradley Skitt Architecture or a qualified surveyor working closely with us.
Subsequently, sketch proposals will be presented for your review and refinement, allowing for adjustments to better align with your requirements.

Planning Submission
Upon client approval of the design, Bradley Skitt Architecture will initiate the submission of drawings to the Local Authority through a Planning Application. This typically entails a duration of 6-8 weeks.
Upon completion of this stage, the approved project can proceed to the construction phase, where responsibilities will be passed onto your appointed building contractors and who will bring your envisioned project to a physical reality.
